District Council Election Campaign 2007South Norfolk Liberal Democrats are bidding to retain control of the Council, for an historic third time, at the elections on May 3rd. They have controlled the Council with a significant majority since 1995 and believe that the residents of South Norfolk will deliver a resounding vote of confidence on May 3rd.
