Member of the Fire and Community Protection Review Panel and Norfolk Joint Museums Committee. Also serves on Great Yarmouth Area Museums Committee, Norwich Area Museums Committee, South Norfolk Area Forums - East and South West Areas.

First elected to Norfolk County Council in May 2005.
