Currently Leader of South Norfolk Council. Previously Cabinet Member for Care, Fairness and Housing and member of Scrutiny Committee.

First elected to SNC in May 2003.

Vice-President of the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association. Formerly director of a women's charity in Norwich.

Vivienne is a practising nurse who has worked in health care in the UK, US and Holland at all levels, and lectures at City College Norwich. She has one daughter.
Vivienne enjoys horse riding and the gym. She was nominated as one of Norfolk's Top Ten Women. She was Parliamentary Candidate for Mid-Norfolk constituency in 2001 and 2005, increasing the Liberal Democrat vote by 5000.
